Step 9:

Love your animals. Be a good caretaker. Be careful in letting them understand good. Animals have instinct and though you can teach them to behave in a certain manner, you cannot change their moral views.

  • Spoil them healthily
  • Take time with them
  • Be understanding
  • Be stern but loving. Forgive quickly but do not ignore bad manners; teach through love

I swiftly elevated from the foundation of tangled branches and earth to the very tip top cleavage of the tree. My tresses, tangled and delirious, wrapped around my body in a fastidious and perplexing concept, creating a luxurious dress of too-dark auburn drapery.  From here, I could see that the answer was nothing; absent, nonexistent, like before time, like before light or dark. My chest shivered and quivered with anticipation to stay just this way. Content and full. Each breathe became solid as she inhaled, filling me up with contentment and beauty.

Step 8:

Repeat step one.

Cold Beauty
My tired eyes go back a forth between dark and light.
My changing temperature is keeping me confused and dizzy.
The cold nips at my nose and the dark creeps.
The trees that usually comfort me and shelter me as I cry, hang and haunt me as I back away.
What is wrong with me? I mean..yes I'm ill, but am I sick? That sick?
Something moves and jolt. The moon is covered by the clouds that I usually call beautiful...because..
I forgot. I didn't remember. I didn't acknowledge and I didn't think.
I'm sorry..Please let me see you and let me free once again.

In With the Out
Everyday I take in environment,
Everyday I gain a little more inspiration when my feet sink in soil.
When I'm in, I carry out all around me. I fill myself up like I I was meant to be solid.
The wind is my freedom, the cold, my night.

I thrive on tolerance and freedom, I embrace it with my being, Leave me here, I'll hum and sing while my drapes brush against the very top of the water, I'll sleep and wake as fresh as the beginning, I'm just as much or more without you.
I can move with the wind.
Peace

Step 6:

Repeat step 1.

Step 5:

Be spontaneous. Be a little social.
(I'm taking that step tonight. DEEP BREATH)

step 4:

Remember that you're a different kind of smart.
Tomorrow is the SAT. You're "bad at testing", but remember that this type of test isn't what matters.
You're a complex and abstract being, you're intelligent in more important ways.

Step 3:

(A shallow step at best)
Take extra steps for your skin and health!
*Drink 8 cups of water to wash out all those icky sodas from your system!
*Moisturize not just one time a day, but TWO times.
*Tone, Tone, Tone.
*EXFOLIATE!

Step 2:

Be delicate and fluttery through work and home today. Its been a difficult day so its important that you don't pretend but actually shift your mind set. What type of fairy would you enjoy being around? What type of person do you enjoy being around?

Step 1:

Tonight, go outside. Set cell phone timer for five minutes. Plan to exceed that time. Lay it on the porch and wonder until you have walked too far into the field to hear the phone or. you hear the timer go off. On the way back don't rush. Notice everything you missed the first time. Touch everything you pass admiring the textures. Notice the wild life and admire it. Pay special attention to the moon, the clouds and the air. Make a point to sit down in the grass.

Tip: Don't wear too much. Embrace the cold sharp winter air instead of running from it.
